Warranty
  • Lifetime warranty, which means Upgradeable memory can be returned at any time for replacement or repair. The exception is Flash memory which has a minimum 12 month warranty.
  • You have a money back guarantee, which means you can return the memory for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied in anyway.
  • Our upgrades do not void the manufacturer's warranty.

Stock
  • Most items are in stock and are shipped by close of business when payment has been confirmed.
  • Our stock is located in our Australian office, we currently do not offer a pickup or installation service for New Zealand customers.
  • Backordered items are shipped every Monday afternoon. You will be notified immediately if your purchase is put into backorder.
Tax
  • All prices quoted on this website are excluding New Zealand GST. As all goods are shipped from our Australian office, they do not attract New Zealand or Australian GST.
  • Due to our company structure, we are not required to charge New Zealand GST.
    Although we do not charge GST, New Zealand customs can charge it at the point of entry, when we ship to you. GST is not imposed on imports of less than NZ$400 - a $50 GST threshold. If your order is less than $400, GST will not be charged. The New Zealand Inland Revenue Department has provided this outline regarding GST and buying goods from Australia


How is an order processed? An order placed on the internet or via the telephone will follow a similar process. All orders placed before 5pm will be processed that day. If you place an order after 5pm, you have to request for it to be shipped that day for it to be processed immediately. Orders will be shipped and a confirmation email sent to you with your tracking number and a copy of the invoice. This is why it is important to provide a valid email address. An invoice will also be on the parcel with your memory upgrade. The tracking number can be used online to check where your memory is. All memory shipped will include a general installation manual to be used in conjunction with your computers user manual. At the time of ordering you will be asked for your computer model name, this is used by our technicians to make sure you have ordered the correct memory.
