RAM on this ultrabook is not upgradeable but fixed onboard. The storage drive (hard drive) can be upgraded to a larger size. Remove the bottom of the ultrabook, disconnect battery, the mSATA module can be clearly seen and replaced. Detailed instructions are available in the HP service maintenance manual available online.
